GRC Infra is awaiting environmental clearance to develop a residential complex 'Sapphire Spring' at Gottigere in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
The complex will come across 10.34 acres of land parcel and would comprise 11 buildings involving nine buildings with BF+GF+14 under floors and two buildings with BF+GF+13UF, including flats and clubhouse with BF+GF+six under floors, with additional parking facilities.
GRC Infra expects to commence the work on the project in Q1/FY24, with the completion date scheduled for October 2027. Moreover, the company has already finalised the contractor for the project.
