Rohan Housing is planning to develop a residential complex 'Rohan Abhilasha 5' at Wagholi in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The project will come up on 31.44 acres of land comprising 23 towers and will include Tower A1 to Tower A6 with B1+B2+Gr/Stilt+11 floors, Tower B1 to Tower B4 with B1+B2+Gr/Stilt+10 floors, Tower C12 to Tower C13 with B1+B2+Gr/Stilt+12 floors, a clubhouse, along with flats and parking facility.
Rohan Housing is awaiting for environmental clearance (EC) and other local permissions for the project.
Work on the project is expected to commence by February, 2024, and completion is scheduled for January, 2029.
