Raghuvir Corpn is developing a residential complex 'Raghuvir Sheron' at Sarsana in Majura taluka in Surat district of Gujarat.
The proposed project will spread over 3.93 acres of land parcel, and comprises construction of 11 buildings of 13 floors with 490 flats including various modern amenities.
In October 2022, the project has received environment clearance (EC) from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Gujarat.
Footing work is currently underway.
The company expects to complete the project by end-2026.
