The redevelopment project is for Pitruchaya at Dadar, with plot area of approx. 561 sq. Mtrs. and built-up area of approx. 50,543 sq. ft. and estimated revenue of Rs 68 crore.
The project is at inception stage and is expected to be completed in 36 months from the date of regulatory approval.
