ScopeSukhwani Associates is planning to construct a residential complex Sukhwani Hermosa Casa at Mundhwa village in Pune district of Maharashtra. The project worth Rs 212 crore will spread over 4.75 acre of land. It comprises seven towers with basementplinth podium16 floors with a total of 681 flats. In September 2019 Sukhwani Associates received environment clearance for the project. the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board MPCB has approved the consent to establish the project. It is expected to be ready by December 2026.
