The project is for redevelopment of Dr. Keni House at Sion, with plot area of approx. 776 sq. mtrs and built-up of approx. 69,913.47 sq. Ft, with an estimated revenue of Rs 81 crore.
The project is at inception stage and is expected to be completed in 36 months from the date of regulatory approval.
