Scope : To Develop BKC 9 Residential Complex Project in Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra
WWSB Real Estate Partners’ WSB Real Estate Debt Fund II (WSBREDF II) has invested Rs 55 crore in realty developer Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate’s BKC 9, a joint venture (JV) residential project in Bandra East, Mumbai.
Shapoorji Pallonji is developing this project on a 0.41-acre plot near Western Express Highway (WEH), along with its JV partner Vakratunda Buildcon (VBPL). The BKC 9, a 20-storey development accommodates 92 apartments with two-bedroom and three-bedroom typologies, targeting professionals looking for modern living and convenience.
The developer expects the project to generate revenue worth over Rs 250 crore. Prior to this investment, WSBREDF II had invested Rs 75 crore in Shapoorji Pallonji and Vakratunda Group’s another JV premium residential project BKC 28 in Bandra East.
