S&T Corporation has received a letter of intent (LoI) for the redevelopment project in Mumbai in Maharashtra.
The project is for redevelopment project of Anubhav Park CHS, at Ghatkopar, with plot area of approx. 713 sq. mtrs and construction area of approx. 62165 sq. ft (built-up) has an estimated revenue of Rs. 68 crore. While the LoI has been received, the development agreement is to be executed in due course.
The project is at inception stage and is expected to be completed in 36 months from the date of regulatory approval.
