Scope : To Set up Residential Complex in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired about four-acre land parcel in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. The project is expected to generate Rs 1,000 crore revenue and may expand to five acres with additional purchase of land.
The site, with frontage along National Highway-75, is expected to generate approx. 0.7 million sq. ft. of saleable area, primarily comprising residential apartments in various configurations. The location has access to Goraguntepalya and Peenya Metro stations, offering connectivity to Bengaluru’s central business district (CBD) and other areas. Additionally, it offers accessibility to Kempegowda International Airport through Outer Ring Road - Hebbal.
With the addition of this land parcel, the developer's presence in Bengaluru is strengthened as well as in key micro markets across cities in India.
