Jhamtani Realty intends to develop a residential complex at Mundhwa in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The proposed project will span over 1.73 acres of land and comprises four towers, Tower 'A', 'B', 'C' of 2B+LG+UG+15 floors and Tower 'D' (MHADA) of 2B+LG+UG+13 floors, along with various modern amenities.
Jhamtani Realty is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) and building approvals for the project.
Work on the project is expected to commence by Q4/FY24, with the completion scheduled for January 2027.
Furthermore, the company will soon finalise the contractor.
