Tridasa Realty Ventures is planning to develop a residential complex at Nallagandla in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.
The complex will span over 10.86 acres of land parcel and would comprise eight blocks with 3C+S+17 floors, including flats and amenities block with 3C+G+6 floors, along with a parking facility.
Tridasa Realty Ventures expects to begin work on the project by January 2024.
Presently, the company is awaiting environmental clearance for the project.
Further, Tridasa Realty has finalised the architect for the project and is in the process of appointing a contractor.
