Sheth Realty has invested around Rs 150 crore on a residential project 'Codename Younique' in Sion locality in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Spread across two acres of land, the project will offer two-BHK and three-BHK apartments of 620-1,100 sq. ft. area. It is expected to be completed within four years from the commencement of construction work. The housing project is being developed in a joint venture with Aakshya Group.
The total project cost is estimated at around Rs 500 crore, while the company anticipates a revenue of approx. Rs 1,000 crore from the project.
