The project features an artificial waterway, a water feature, and dining establishments offering a fusion of local and international cuisine. Additionally, it includes an educational garden showcasing diverse plant life, suspended pathways, theatres, commercial areas, and a versatile hub for hosting various events. The primary objective of Rathath Boulevard is to develop a comprehensive recreational destination that embraces Omani customs and traditions, catering to both domestic and international visitors.
