Quantans Hill is a 90MW onshore wind power project. It is planned in Scotland, the UK.
Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Vattenfall Wind Power. The company has a stake of 100%.
The project is expected to generate 385,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 80,000 households. The project is expected to offset 125,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The wind power project consists of 14 turbines.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2025. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2027.
