Pasir Ris East Tender

Scope Pasir Ris East MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Cross Island MRT line located in Pasir Ris Singapore. It is to be located between Pasir Ris East Community Club and Loyang Point Centre.Initially expected to open in 2029 the restrictions on the construction due to the COVID-19 pandemic has led to delays in the CRL line completion and the date was pushed to 2030.It is a project to design and construct Pasir Ris Station a transfer station on the Cross Island Line and a tunnel for the station. The total construction budget is about 800 billion won.Daewoo EC succeeded in winning the order by forming a joint venture JV with Dong-Ah Geological Engineering. Daewoo EC holds a 70 percent stake in the project with its partner holding the remaining 30 percent.Previous eventOn 25 January 2019 LTA announced that Pasir Ris East station would be part of the proposed Cross Island line CRL. The station will be constructed as part of Phase 1 consisting of 12 stations between Aviation Park and Bright Hill and is expected to be completed in 2030.
