📋 Tender Overview
Description : Replace the public washroom facilities at parks throughout the City. The Parks Division currently maintains these public washroom facilities that are failing and in disrepair. New facilities will be designed using up to date CPTED (crime prevention through environmental design) principles while meeting current accessibility standards, BC building codes, and public expectations. Future works include washrooms at Lheidli T'enneh Memorial Park and Gyro Park.
