Location MexicoScope The project consists in taking advantage of the Fiber Optic infrastructure of the Federal Electricity Commission CFE to put into operation a state-of-the-art Telecommunications Network and through it to materialize the Governmental Program Internet for All with the primary objective of providing Internet access to Public Institutions such as schools hospitals public parks federal buildings etc. free of charge allowing the winning bidder to use the excess capacity to provide telecommunications services to third parties to their account and cost with the infrastructure installed and in accordance with to your business strategy. The winning bidder will pay the CFE the following Compensation in kind consisting of the free internet service provided to the population A single payment upon signing the contract. The costs of operation maintenance replacement and or modernization of the optical fiber and accessory infrastructure resulting from the contract that will be concluded with the Subsidiary Productive Company CFE Transmisin. The Federal Electricity Commission CFE as a result of the publication of the Prebases does not acquire any obligation for the publication of the same. The prebases are published exclusively for the purpose of obtaining from a feedback exercise information that contributes to the planning process.
