Description
The project is currently owned by Government of Afghanistan.
The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 1.194 million cubic meter. The project is expected to generate 443 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 3 turbines, each with 30MW nameplate capacity.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2027. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2029.
