Scope : To Construct Office-Cum-Shopping Complex at Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.
Jaganmayi Regency Park intends to construct office-cum-shopping complex at Bommasandra Industrial Area in Bengaluru district of Karnataka. Currently, design and specification work on the project is underway.
The complex will cover 10.85 acres of land parcel comprising an office building with 3B+G+14 storey and shopping block with B+4 retail level+3 theatre level including parking facility. The project also includes the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 960 kld.
The State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Karnataka, accorded environmental clearance for the project to Jaganmayi Regency Park in August 2022.
Jaganmayi Regency Park expects to begin the work on the project in Q2/FY24. Furthermore, the company is yet to finalise contractors for the project.
