Scope : Construction of an Oberoi Luxury Resort at Cavelossim Beach in South Goa
EIH's board has approved the construction of an Oberoi luxury resort at Cavelossim Beach in South Goa. The Oberoi, Goa will come up on a 52-acre site owned by the company.
The resort, with 90 rooms and suites will cater to domestic and international travelers. The tentative investment for the project is Rs 421 crore, and will be financed through internal accrual and debt. The resort is slated to be operational from 01 October, 2027.
