Scope : Development of new Oakwood Branded Hospitality Property in Bengaluru in Karnataka
The Ascott (Ascott) has signed a management agreement with Reliaable Developers for the development of new Oakwood branded hospitality property in Bengaluru. This is the fourth property in the city for the lodging business unit of CapitaLand Investment.
This strategic move represents Ascott’s stride in redefining luxury and marks a strategic milestone in company’s expansion plans across India, for enhanced experience for both business and leisure travellers. The agreement was facilitated with the involvement of Raintree Partners.
Set to be operational in H1/2026, the property is strategically located in South-East Bengaluru nestled Electronic City and Sarjapur Road Tech Corridor. The property offers hybrid units, comprising hotel rooms and serviced residences. These accommodations offer amenities including food and beverage offerings, meetings and banqueting spaces, a gym, and swimming pool
The property’s strategic location enables easy access to key commercial districts, IT park and Industrial corridors in Bengaluru. This strategic move is in response to the demand from IT parks and industrial corridors in the area.
