Description : The Quinsam area requires the installation of retention/detention ponds to allow for further control of flooding in the area. Preliminary concepts were drafted a number of years ago however a number of changes have been made to the regulations associated with work in fish bearing/supporting creeks and ditches. This project will look at conceptual ideas, design and construction of this (or these) facilities.
