These Kaushal Bhawan buildings will be able to meet the demand of skilled human resources in establishing Odisha as a hub of tourism.
Demand for skilled human resources is increasing rapidly as investment in infrastructure is increasing. Its need will be felt even more in the days to come.
There is a need for local employment to meet the needs of local industries. For this, decentralization of skill development programmes is very important.
