Description : Construct new water mains. New water mains are required as per the Water Service Network Plan 2014 and technical analysis. This capital amount allows for the capital project portion of planning (i.e. predesign, concept, design) as well as the engineering and construction of new water mains. The new water mains program will increase fire flow and redundancy in the City's network
