Description : Multiple asset renewal and emergent works projects are undertaken relating to the building structure and services. These include - repainting, - lighting replacement and electrical systems upgrades and replacement - carpet and ceiling tile replacement - Emergent works This work is prioritised annually utilising the asset lifecycle plan ensuring building integrity is maintained. Due to the age and condition of the building a total refurbishment will be required in 2025-26 financial year.
