The main objective of the project is to improve the individual aptitudes and competences of young people who follow initial vocational training through an alternating itinerary in companies of the
European Union or countries in the process of incorporation in order to promote and enhance capacity of professional insertion and reintegration. This internship period in European companies coincides with their compulsory training in companies in the sector, so their certification has a double value. For 12 weeks, young people have the option of doing their compulsory internships in European companies thanks to this program. Between March and June, each year we plan to award 220 scholarships to the upper-grade students of our consortium. From the consortium and in collaboration with partners, we will take care of the logistics of the entire process, insurance management, request for co-financing, if any, and other administrative steps. In addition to this target group of students for internships, we will also carry out movement for the training of teachers from higher centers to different countries with which we collaborate in the sector of in-company training. We expect an improvement in their abilities and skills not only in languages but also in their ability to function in a strange environment. During these years we have observed how a large part of the beneficiaries have continued their studies, and we also expect a notable improvement in their personal curricula, as it has been during these years.
