Siroya Group recently signed a joint development project in Andheri’s Oshiwara, Mumbai. The company will develop a mixed-use project under this pact over an anticipated 1 Mn-SqFt of development area.
The upcoming mixed-use development at Oshiwara is expected to have a revenue potential of nearly INR 1,200 Crore. It has a saleable area of 350,000 SqFt and will comprise commercial, residential, and high-street retail spaces. The project features two high-rise residential towers soaring 40 storeys each. These will include 600 units.
