Location MukwonagoScope Developer Teronomy Builders Inc. revealed detailed plans for their mixed-use development which will be built on the southside of Mukwonago. The development is proposed on 50 acres located by the YMCA and ProHealth Care near Wolf Run on the villages south side. Maple Centre will include 100000 square feet of retail commercial space on 14 acres in addition to 657 apartments spread across multiple three and four-story buildings two of which are designated for senior living. The plan also shows a variety of amenities scattered throughout the Maple Centre such as a meander garden walking paths dog park soccer field playgrounds pavilions volleyball tennis and basketball courts as well as a club house and a pool. The developers have also indicated they hope to attract a high-end grocery store a full-service restaurant and a hotel. the project will bring 56 million dollars to the tax base. The multi-phased project would take 10 years to complete.
