The proposed project will span over 4.14 acres of land, and would comprise two buildings, Plot 'A', which will include wings 'A', 'B' and 'C', and Plot 'B' with stilt, podium parking, podium, and residential floors, including various modern amenities.
Kamdhenu Realities is awaiting environmental clearance (EC) for its upcoming project.
Further, the company intends to begin work on the project in Q3/FY23 and complete it by October, 2027.
