Scope : Development of Mixed-Use Project in Bhandup Locality in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
A land parcel of 37 acres in Bhandup locality in Mumbai will be jointly developed by the landowner and Mahindra Lifespaces. The mixed use project comprising residential, retail and offices is expected to clock between Rs 8,000 crore and Rs 11,000 crore in revenue terms.
The developer will sell about 40 lakh sq. ft. of carpet area. It would take eight to 10 years to complete this project. The term sheet for the joint development was recently signed. The owner will receive a share in the profits, while the developer will obtain all permissions and pay for the construction.
Space is also reserved for public amenities including public park, municipal school, playground and a cultural theatre.
