Description: Modification of CO-11 from CIP 2018-2027, timing adjusted to reflect growth forecast. Combined underground utilities and arterial road extension providing access to Watermark and Copperwood. In addition to the roadway, water distribution and sanitary sewer will be extended southward along Metis Trail. Detail design and construct the first two lanes of Metis Trail , and underground utilities from Coalbrook Link to Great Bear Blvd.
