Objectives
The project aims to provide students with reliable and accurate information regarding food because we know how much physical and mental health are connected to a healthy diet and also wants to give space to the social and psychological function that food has both as a basic component of every convivial occasion , and because the pleasantness of the physical appearance, a natural consequence of an adequate diet, represents a clear facilitator of positive interpersonal and social relationships.
Activities
The project will propose useful activities to increase the level of attention to lifestyles, to the coherent choice of the type of food and drinks consumed; to health, understood as the prevention of eating disorders and diseases and the attitude to a healthy mind in a healthy body, involving the five senses on a sensorial and emotional level; will propose a learning process, understood as a proactive desire to learn about tradition, types of foods and also consumption methods.
Impact
Results will be strategies for intervention and promotion of healthy and sustainable nutrition and indispensable synergy between subjects involved in educational actions which will be increasingly stronger and coordinated, to continue to have a positive impact on lifestyles in favor of healthy behaviors and sustainable, also with the common objective of reducing inequalities and improving health of tomorrow's adults, given strategic importance for the country and for the well-being of citizens
