Project Description
Martur Sunger ve Koltuk Tesisleri Ticaret ve Sanayi A.S. ( Martur or the Company ) designs and manufactures seats and other interior parts for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles.
IFC plans to provide a senior loan of EUR40 million to finance Martur's investment program in Turkiye, which constitutes of expansion and maintenance capex during the period of 2024-2027 (the Project ). The expansion capex will include Martur’s new machinery and equipment purchases required for its products, majority of which will be used in electric vehicle production and will not change the existing footprint of Martur’s Turkiye plants.
