Oberoi Realty has entered into an agreement with Marriott International to develop Marriott property in Borivali, Mumbai.
This marks Marriott International’s flagship brand Marriott Hotels’ foray in Mumbai and along with the JW Marriott brand, it looks to providing exceptional customer experiences, catering to diverse hospitality preferences.
Marriott Hotel Sky City in Borivali, is expected to be completed in 2027-2028.
The Mumbai Marriott Hotel Sky City will be part of Sky City, a 25-acre integrated development in Borivali East. This project also consists of eight luxury residential towers and Sky City Mall spanning over 1.5 million sq. ft. The property will also house brand's signature M Club and Quan spa.
