Scope : To Build ‘The Manor Super Luxury Residential Project in Gurugram, Haryana
Real estate firm Paras Buildtech has launched a super luxury project in Gurugram, Haryana and will be investing nearly Rs 490 crore in the project. ‘The Manor’ is located in Gwal Pahari which is nestled between commercial hubs of Gurugram, Faridabad, and Delhi.
The high-rise residential property spans 4.26 acres and will offer 120 luxury apartments, with each unit priced at around Rs nine to Rs 10 crore. The size of the apartments will be 4,750 sq. ft. The company expects a total revenue (topline) of Rs 1,200 crore from this launch with this investment.
The project is expected to be delivered by August 2028. The project is located adjacent to Paras Quartier, another luxury project by the real estate developer which was launched in 2012.
