Carretera Zaragoza - Libramiento de Ciudad Victoria between KM 0 000 and 92 650. Section Ciudad Victoria - Soto La Marina between KM 9 200 and 15 350. Distributors 10.49 km. Located in the state of Tamaulipas with a linear length of 224.88 km and an equivalent length of 279.21 km. An initial rehabilitation stage is contemplated with an investment of 1948 million pesos mdp while the total investment of the project which includes conservation is estimated at 3525 mp. The project was announced at the Impulse Strategy event for Public Private Partnership Projects of the Federal Government on March 9 2017.
