Scope :
Construction of office complex through a public-private partnership (PPP) arrangement in the country’s capital Lilongwe.
The complex will be constructed across 2.1 hectares next to the Capital Hill government building. MACRA intends for the office complex to serve as its headquarters, in addition to housing a commercial business park and hotel in a 'work-live-play' environment.
The project components include office space that can accommodate 200 employees initially; a data centre; conference and meeting facilities; a shopping mall; and a five-star hotel.
