Scope : To Develop M3M Capitalwalk Retail Project in Sector 113, Gurugram, Haryana
M3M India has launched retail project M3M Capitalwalk in Sector 113, Gurugram.
The company is planning to make an investment of Rs 700 crore to develop this project. It is looking for a topline of Rs 2,000 crore from M3M Capitalwalk.
M3M Capitalwalk is the only project in the entire NCR with a frontage of more than a km. The five floor M3M Capitalwalk will have 1,047 units of different sizes, ranging from 100 to 3,000 sq ft, and 14 entry points for easy access.
The shops’ heights have been kept from 4.75 to 6.75 mtr. Over 500 car parking spaces at two levels is being planned.
M3M Capital and retail project M3M Capitalwalk are spread across 25 acre and part of the Smart City Delhi Airport Project. This residential project is the second mega-golf-styled residential project on the Dwarka Expressway with a topline of Rs 3,500 crore.
M3M Capital residential project has thirteen golf-styled luxury towers, comprising 1,700 units, with the size of 2.5 BHK to 4.5 BHK.
