Scope : To Develop Luxury Housing Project in Pune, Maharashtra
Godrej Properties (GPL) has acquired around four acres of land parcel near Koregaon Park in Pune for a luxury group housing project.
The project will have a developable potential of approximately 7.5 lakh sq. ft. This will be the developer's first luxury development in the city, with an estimated revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,000 crore.
The development will cater to the requirements of a niche residential community in Koregaon Park, which boasts of an established physical and social infrastructure, affording connectivity to major social and commercial hubs of Pune city.
