Scope : To Develop Luxury Housing Project in Kurla locality of Mumbai, Maharashtra
K Raheja Corp has entered into a development agreement with Cinevista to develop a land area in Kurla locality of Mumbai for a luxury housing project. The total plot area is 15,817.5 sq. mtrs. with floor space index (FSI) of 47,411 sq. mtrs.
Cinevista is the owner of the property and the project development to be undertaken by K Raheja Corp is still in the planning stages. Of the permissible built-up area of 52,117 sq. ft., the developer holds 75.5 percent and the owner has the rights to the remaining 24.5 percent.
In terms of the market value of the project, K Raheja Corp's share is Rs 272 crore while the owner’s share stands at Rs 78.4 crore.
