This project aims to improve basic living conditions for returnees in rural areas of Al-Anbar governorate in Iraq through the rehabilitation of war-damaged housing units and restoration of decentralized services in an integrated, area-based approach, with the expansion of operations into Sinjar district (Ninewa Governorate). The decentralized services component will entail the rehabilitation of selected water and sanitation networks and/or stations.
