Scope of Work:
Construction of 1.1 GW Litoral Piauiense Solar Complex.
Description:
Named Litoral Piauiense, the solar complex will require a total investment of up to BRL 4.4 billion (USD 832m/EUR 727m). The project envisages the installation of 22 solar farms, each with a capacity of 50 MW. Located in the coastal municipalities of Luis Correia and Bom Principio, Litoral Piauiense will be realised in two stages, starting in 2024 and 2025. Commercial operation is set to commence by 2026. At that time, the solar complex will produce enough clean energy to power 1.6 million local homes.
