Scope : To Construct Landfill in Abai District, Karaganda region, Kazakhstan
New landfill is scheduled to be constructed in the Karaganda region over the coming years. Work has commenced on the landfill in Abai district.
Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Karaganda region, Bakhtiyar Sanbayev, provided an overview of the Taza (Clean) Qazaqstan campaign and its interim results at a press briefing on the Regional Communications Service platform.
It is anticipated that additional landfill with sorting lines will be constructed in the district of Abai over the next three years. Construction has already commenced in Abai district.
