Hitech to immediately begin work on the designated right of way, stating that their swift progress had been evident in the 1.3 kilometer of completed dredging since the project’s award.
highway to be constructed using concrete technology would start from Lagos through the nine coastal routes or states up to Cross Rivers, meaning that it will go through Lagos, the Lekki Deep Seaport, Ogun, Ondo, Delta, Bayelsa, Rivers and Akwa Ibom.
