Kinshasa Hydropower Tender

Scope Kinshasa is a 900MW hydro Power project. It is planned on Congo riverbasin in Kinshasa Democratic Republic of the Congo. The project is currently in announced stage. It will be developed in single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2027 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2031.The project is being developed by Power Construction Corporation of China. Power Construction Corporation of China and Great Lakes Energy Cooperative are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51 and 49 respectively.The project cost is expected to be around 3000m.The project construction is expected to commence from 2027. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2031.
