ScopeNew York State Department Of Transportation plan for This project will replace Overhead Variable Message Sign VMS to correct any safety and operational issues as needed as part of the Transportation System Management Intelligent Transportation Services program for SFY 2728 at various locations in Erie Niagara Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties. Project Status The current status of the project is Future Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2027. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2027. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2028.
