The proposed investment is an equity investment of up to US$6m, in Ventures Platform Pan-African Fund II ( Fund II or VP II ), a Venture Capital ( VC ) fund focusing on Seed stage technology-enabled companies in Africa. The Fund will be domiciled in Guernsey and managed by Ventures Platform GP ( VP ). VP is headquartered in Nigeria. Fund 2 will be deployed across Africa with a focus on Nigeria.
