Interstate Shoulders Roadsides Tender

ScopeNew York State Department Of Transportation Plan for Several times during the warmer weather months this project will clean shoulders and roadsides and mow grassy areas along the interstate highways in and around the City of Syracuse. The work areas include I-81 between the north and south I-481 interchanges portions of I-481 and NY 481 in and near the I-81 and I-690 intrchanges and I-690 from Exit 5 State Fair Boulevard to Exit 17 Bridge Street. This project covers litterdebris cleanup sweeping and mowing operations in these areas for 2025 and 2026. Project Status The current status of the project is in Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Spring 2025. Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2025. Construction is expected to be completed in Summer 2027.
