The cooperative is made up of 134 producers, who produce and market organic coffee. He has experience in the progressive acquisition of machinery to carry out the entire coffee transformation process and thus increase its value in the market. This project has a solid justification, since the acquisition of a coffee drying machine will help them improve the quality of the final product. In addition to
reducing production times; Currently it is done manually (solar dryers) which takes approximately 10 days. It is considered a project with a relevant socio-economic and intrinsically environmental component since the coffee is managed organically and the crops are diversified creating agroforestry systems.
