Project Description
An equity investment of up to EUR 15 million in Inovo IV (the "Fund"), which is targeting to raise EUR 100 million in total commitments.
The Fund will focus on equity and equity-related investments in early-stage technology-driven businesses, primarily in Poland and other countries in Central and Eastern Europe ("CEE"), the Baltics, and the Balkans.
The project is presented under the Bank's Early-Stage Innovation Facility II ("ESIF II"), a EUR 200 million facility for investment in early-stage venture capital funds.
